CapRock Partners Starts Work on New Inland Empire Industrial Project
CapRock Partners has broken ground on Serrano Business Park, a 327k sf industrial development in Jurupa Valley, CA. The project will comprise three Class A industrial buildings with units ranging from 31.2k sf to 179k sf.

Scheduled for delivery in spring 2019, Serrano Business Park is located half a mile from SR 60 on San Sevaine Way, with easy access to I-15 and I-10. It is less than five miles from Ontario International Airport, and is within 50 miles of the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.
