CapRock Partners’ Taylor Arnett Receives NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Award
HERNDON, VA (October 5, 2016) – NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, has recognized Taylor Arnett, acquisitions manager, CapRock Partners, with its prestigious 2016 Developing

In his current role, Arnett has increased CapRock Partners’ acquisition activity by tapping into Los Angeles and Las Vegas industrial markets; he sourced, underwrote, and closed the largest acquisition in the company’s history. Arnett previously served as acquisitions manager for Asset Management Consultants, Inc. (AMC Investments), where he anchored an acquisitions team that purchased and/or joint ventured real estate
investments averaging $75 million in transactions annually.
One of 21 young professionals to receive NAIOP’s honor this year, Arnett was honored before hundreds of industry colleagues at an awards ceremony on Tuesday, September 27, at NAIOP’s Commercial Real Estate
Conference 2016 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Established in 2006, the Developing Leaders Award has been given to rising industry professionals from across NAIOP’s chapter network in all sectors of commercial real estate. Recipients are professionals under the age of 35 who have distinguished themselves among their colleagues and show great promise as future industry leaders.
