COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT VETERAN BOB O’NEILL JOINS CAPROCK PARTNERS AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, ACQUISITIONS
IRVINE, Calif. (January 19, 2016) — CapRock Partners, a private commercial real estate investment firm based in Orange County, California, today announced that veteran commercial real estate investment professional Bob O’Neill has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions. The appointment of O’Neill to help lead the company’s aggressive acquisitions strategy reflects CapRock Partners’ continued expansion in California and beyond.

As Senior Vice President, Acquisitions at CapRock Partners, O’Neill will be specifically charged with extending the investment company’s holdings across Southern California and into Phoenix, Arizona. In this effort, he will work closely with Pharris and other key members of the CapRock Partners team.

O’Neill joins CapRock Partners from EverWest Real Estate Partners (formerly Alliance Commercial Partners), where he served as Managing Director, Acquisitions, for more than six years, leading the national investment firm’s acquisition strategies throughout Southern California. Prior to his tenure at EverWest, O’Neill held senior acquisitions leadership positions at First Industrial Realty Trust and GW Realty and served as a senior broker with Grubb & Ellis. His highly respected career spans two decades and encompasses the sourcing, acquisition, repositioning, leasing, operation and disposition of office and industrial assets totaling more than 6.5 million square feet in transactions valued in excess of $800 million.
