Ivanhoé Cambridge Claims Inland Empire Site for $450M Logistics Complex

Ivanhoé Cambridge acquired two strategically-located parcels of land in Ontario, CA from CapRock Partners. The Canadian firm plans to develop a more than $450-million logistics complex called Colony Commerce Center, with the initial two phases encompassing 11 Class A industrial buildings.
Ivanhoé Cambridge’s Mario D. Morroni says, “We strongly believe that Colony Commerce Center will allow us to capitalize on the growing demand for rental space by offering modern industrial facilities in one of the best U.S. logistics markets.”
