Stefan Kelley is Associate of Acquisitions at CapRock Partners, where he is responsible for the quantitative modeling and analysis of industrial real estate investment and development opportunities in the Western U.S. Since joining the company in 2017, Kelley has helped underwrite, close and acquire assets in multiple markets throughout Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada.
Prior to joining CapRock, Kelley was a consultant at FTI Consulting in Los Angeles. At FTI, Kelley was staffed on engagements related to acquisition due diligence, real estate market studies, valuation and appraisal reports, capital markets and REIT research, expert witness reports, CMBS and RMBS litigation, 363 sale, chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, asset management advisory and joint venture strategic advisory.
Kelley holds a Master of Science degree from University of Denver in Real Estate and the Built Environment. While at University of Denver, Kelley was graduate assistant to Dr. Glenn Mueller and inducted into Alpha Sigma Gamma, the International Real Estate Honorary Society. Kelley received his Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University, where he studied political science and corporate strategy.
