Eric Carpenter is the Vice President of Accounting at CapRock Partners. He oversees the various property accounting functions at CapRock.

Prior to joining CapRock, Eric received his BA in Economics and Business Management at UC Santa Cruz. Following graduation, he spent over 12 years at Davis Partners, a developer and 3rd party property management company. At Davis, Eric oversaw the accounting for multiple clients and managed the various IT systems used by Davis.

When he’s not working, Eric enjoys going to concerts, camping, hiking, or just tinkering with electronics in his workshop. He is a Southern California native, currently residing in Santa Ana.
