Since joining CapRock in 2022, Jason is responsible for leading the execution of industrial developments throughout Texas. In his role as Vice President of Development, Jason is involved in asset acquisition, property entitlement, land planning, design development, and construction management for CapRock Texas. The Texas A&M graduate is a results-driven senior manager with more than 27 years in DFW in civil engineering and land development. His specialized experience includes industrial site selection and entitlement, construction management, and public-private partnerships. He’s a LEED-accredited professional as well as a professional engineer and Texas Real Estate Broker. He is a Texas native and lives in Colleyville, Texas with his wife and two children. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering, and playing guitar.
