Jon Pharris is Co-Founder, CIO and President of CapRock Partners, where he spearheads acquisitions and dispositions for the firm’s investment funds and is responsible for all equity and debt across the companies’ platforms. Under Jon’s leadership, the company has successfully raised $1.7 billion of equity across eight funds since 2010.

Jon earned his BA from Princeton University (2002) and his Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) from University of Southern California (2005). Prior to co-founding CapRock at the age of 29 in 2009, Jon worked as an industrial leasing broker in Southern California, as well as in industrial-focused value-add and development firms. Jon is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, previously served on the NAIOP National Board and is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He lives with his wife and four kids in Fort Worth, Texas.
