Monique Snowden is Vice President of Asset Management at CapRock Partners, where she is responsible for asset-level investment strategy and business plan execution across the firm’s industrial portfolio. Her responsibilities span leasing and negotiations, capital strategy, asset performance, and dispositions, with a focus on maximizing value throughout the investment lifecycle. Since joining CapRock in 2020, Monique has led the execution of investment business plans across several Western U.S. markets, from development and stabilization through disposition, including the successful sale of 11 assets totaling more than $815 million.

Prior to joining CapRock, Monique gained experience across industrial, office, retail, and storage assets, building a strong foundation in leasing, capital execution, financial analysis, and commercial real estate operations.

Monique earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, double majoring in Marketing and Management, where she was a four-year Division I water polo student-athlete. Outside of work, Monique enjoys playing water polo, camping, DIY projects, and spending time with her family.
