Patrick (“Pat”) Daniels is the CEO and Co-Founder of CapRock Partners with over 40 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and management.

Prior to Co-founding CapRock Partners in 2009, Pat was the Managing Partner of MSJ Partners which he co-founded in 2002. Prior to co-founding MSJ Partners, Pat held senior roles at Hillwood Development, ARV Housing Group, and Trammell Crow Company. Pat holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is active in several organizations, including serving on the Cockrell School of Engineering Advisory Board and the Executive Council of the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and as a Board member of First Liberty Institute. A committed volunteer and Elder at Mariners Church (Irvine, CA), Pat resides in Newport Coast, California with his wife.
