Paul Liebermann is the Senior Vice President of Portfolio & Asset Management at CapRock Partners. In his role, he oversees the financial planning and performance of CapRock’s various funds.

Prior to joining CapRock, Mr. Liebermann spent over 10 years at Donahue Schriber, a privately held REIT that owned, developed, and managed necessity-based retail centers encompassing over 10 million square feet across the Western United States. There he handled various responsibilities including investor relations, capital markets, portfolio management and strategic planning.

Before Donahue Schriber, he was in an acquisitions & development role at First Industrial Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT.

Mr. Liebermann received his BA from the University of Washington. He is an active member of Urban Land Institute.
