For over 18 years, Scotty has been a noteworthy leader in the Development and Construction industry. Since joining CapRock in 2019 as Vice President of Development, he is involved in all aspects of development, facilitating project management from development deal conception to project delivery.

Scotty prioritizes developing strong foundational relationships with his clients. He is solution-focused and approaches obstacles with a clear plan of action and resolution in mind. Before joining CapRock, Scotty worked at general contractors and a public REIT in the development department.

An avid sportsman, Scotty also enjoys hiking, camping, and watching his kids play sports.
