Taylor Starnes is a Vice President, Acquisitions – Central Region, for CapRock Partners. Taylor leads CapRock’s acquisition efforts in the Central Region where he focuses on existing value-add industrial asset acquisitions and sourcing industrial development opportunities across the State of Texas. Prior to joining CapRock, Taylor was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield within the national industrial capital markets division and based in Dallas-Fort Worth. During his nearly 8 years at Cushman & Wakefield Taylor transacted on more than $5.0 Billion of industrial investment sales as well as facilitating joint venture equity placements representing more than 65.0 million square feet across Texas and the U.S. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield he was a Senior Associate at Hillwood in Dallas. Taylor started his professional career at KPMG as a certified public accountant in the audit practice of KPMG’s Dallas office and is a licensed CPA.

Taylor graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where he earned his BBA and Master’s in Professional Accounting. During his time at the University of Texas he was a Silver Spur and a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. Taylor is an avid golfer, he also enjoys running and exercising, hunting, college football, travel and spending time with family and friends. Taylor resides in Fort Worth with his wife and their two daughters.
